The hotel's location near the shopping district and business centers made it easy to explore and attend meetings. i had a pleasant stay at al khoory atrium. the location is central, just a short walk to the mall of the emirates. the staff were very kind and helpful. the hotel has a vibrant and colorful decor, and the lifts were fast and efficient.

The hotel staff were super nice, especially the Kenyan security guy and the Filipino lady at the counter, they were real helpful. Ahmed wasn't much of a bearer of good news but still pretty chill about it. The room was huge, had a sweet king-size bed with a view of the mosque. They even hooked us up with a free 2-hour late check out, which was awesome. By the way, the rooftop pool was a real chill spot, perfect for relaxing. 🌞 Just a tiny smudge on the experience, the washroom had some stain issues, nothing major though.

Some areas to be improved however overall stay is good. ☺️ Rooms are clean and modern, perfect location near MOE. Friendly staff, especially the housekeeping runner. Value for money with no hidden charges. Thank you for a pleasant experience at Al Khoory Atrium.

They provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was reasonably priced. the pool and spa services were enjoyable, and the restaurant staff were professional and accommodating.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. Some guests reported issues with dirty floors and bedsheets, as well as malfunctioning appliances like fridges.

Had an amazing time with my friends exploring the vibrant Meena Bazaar and the Dubai Gold Souk, finding awesome bargains and taking Insta-worthy pics. The hotel's central location made it easy to hop to Mall of the Emirates and La Mer, where we had a blast shopping, eating, and hanging out at the cool beach.

Wish there was a livelier nightlife scene around the hotel for some late-night fun with friends.

High Definition LED Televisions: My stay at this hotel was like watching my favorite show in high definition - everything was crystal clear and enjoyable. The quality of the televisions in the rooms was top-notch, providing a great relaxation experience after a long day of exploring Dubai.

Extra Payment: Paid for an extra bed and breakfast on arrival, but extra bed was missing from the room. Raised the issue during departure, but could not get a refund.

We had an amazing stay at Al Khoory Atrium! the room was very comfy and spacious, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and organized. the staff, from the bell boy to the receptionist, were all very helpful and friendly. We especially want to thank the morning shift girls at the front desk for their amazing service. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the beach, mall, and other attractions in the area. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were superb and made my experience enjoyable from start to finish. The hotel's bright and comfortable atrium provided a great space to relax outside of the room. The spa, with its delightful steam-room and massage services, was a wonderful addition. Additionally, having a small café and a large grocery store nearby was extremely convenient.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the modern decoration in the rooms. the hotel felt brand new, and everything was fresh and well-maintained. the location was also a key factor for me, as it was conveniently close to a major shopping mall and easily accessible by metro or taxi.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly like. the housekeeping response was quite slow, and even if I left the sign asking for my room to be cleaned, it was unlikely to be serviced after the initial visit.

We stayed at this place for four nights and it was an amazing experience. The location is great, right next to a massive shopping centre, and in the center of the city. Staff are helpful and nice to accommodate any request and service is excellent. They offer car hire, laundry, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance upon request.

Although it is a little far from the main attractions, we were able to easily use the hop on, hop off tour bus once it stopped at the mall. The rooms at Al Khoory Atrium were so comfy and well-equipped! The bed was really cozy, and having free WiFi and a 40-inch TV with satellite channels made me feel right at home. Plus, the mini fridge was a lifesaver for keeping my drinks cool.

I personally found the view of the city from the room a bit less appealing. But, I'm sure others might enjoy it!

We also thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Dubai Gold Souk, where we marveled at the exquisite jewelry and craftsmanship. The Shindaga Historical District provided a glimpse into the city's rich heritage, offering a perfect blend of tradition and modernity.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great to have more kid-friendly activities within the hotel premises to keep the children entertained during downtime.

I chose this hotel for attending a convocation as it provides the best platform for hosting all kinds of business meetings, conferences, and other professional functions. The catering service was excellent, catering to a range of events from team meetings to cocktail receptions. The modern and spacious rooms made for a comfortable stay during my work trip.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a business center for quick printing and scanning needs.
